Experience

Managing partner of our law firm, he has more than thirty years of experience providing legal advice to national and international business groups and as a foreign investment specialist he has represented international investors in large investment projects in Mexico.

He has also participated in the planning and implementation of corporate governance and audit and compliance policies, in addition to designing the procedure for negotiating and signing contracts for different business groups. A specialist in Life Sciences Law, he has more than twenty years of experience providing legal advice to companies in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors in Mexico. Since 2007 he has been an arbitrator endorsed by the Chamber of Commerce of Mexico City. He currently advises Mexican and foreign clients in their daily investment operations, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, civil and commercial contracting, international trade, administrative law, public tenders and competitions, and commercial arbitration.

He is a member of the Mexican Bar Association, the legislative committee of the American Bar Association, the Mexican committee of the International Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of the Canada – Mexico bilateral committee of the Mexican Council of International Trade.
